Make running a priority with Team SQUADRUN Ltd – Real people, extraordinary goals.

Team SQUADRUN is built around a simple idea. Consistency drives improvement. The best way to improve is to train often, applying small, repeatable bouts of stress that your body can absorb and adapt to over time.

Your training is structured using a priority based system. Each week you are given a set of runs ranked by importance. You choose what you can realistically get done. That might be three runs in a busy week or six when things open up. The structure stays intact, you just adjust the volume around your life.

Every program is individually crafted and delivered across 10 levels. This gives you control over your training load so it actually fits where you are at. It should feel like a steady, manageable challenge. Not overwhelming, not too easy. Just enough consistent stress to drive adaptation. As your capacity improves, you can level up. If things are getting on top of you, you can level down. It is simple and it works.

Alongside your running, your program includes two dedicated strength sessions each week. These are built specifically for runners from a database of over 150 exercises. The focus is on durability, movement efficiency, and reducing injury risk so you can keep showing up and training consistently.

Team SQUADRUN also includes a readiness to train system for female athletes. By selecting your stage of life and tracking a small number of relevant metrics, your training can be adjusted based on how you are actually feeling. This allows for intelligent adjustments when symptoms are impacting your ability to train, rather than forcing you through sessions that are not appropriate on the day.

Intensity is tailored to you. You can train to heart rate, running power, pace, or RPE. The system applies the same training intent regardless of how you measure effort, so you can use the tools that suit you best while still getting the right stimulus.

All sessions are drawn from a massive database developed over decades of coaching and racing. Each session has a purpose and sits within a broader training structure designed to prepare you for your event.

The platform is designed to be easy to use. You can view your week at a glance, plan around your schedule, and mark sessions complete as you go. Over time you build your own training diary, giving you a clear record of what you have done and what has worked.

Coming soon: Connectivity with platforms like Strava and Garmin is on the way, making it easier to integrate your training data into one place.

You are also part of the SQUADRUN community. Thousands of athletes working through the same process, supporting each other, and turning up consistently.

If you want to get better, the approach is straightforward. Train often. Keep it consistent. Apply the right amount of stress. Let the process do the work.

Team SQUADRUN is built to make that happen.
