SQUADRUN Connect gives you a detailed tailored programming, support and event-specific insight as CORE, but with one important upgrade delivery via app straight to your phone and watch. This is your running life, connected.
We still create your fully bespoke program based on your training history, current fitness, and the goals you’re chasing. The difference with CONNECT is how we deliver it, and what we include. Every run, every stretch, every strength session, mapped out and scheduled to fit your week, with complete wraparound support. Whether you’re navigating a busy job, school runs, or double-day training, we’ve got your back and your calendar.
Sessions are structured, timed, and sync straight to your device. Your watch will guide you through the run, and your app will keep everything organised and visible. You’ll still have access to our coaches when you need it (within reason*), and if you ever need a deeper dive, you can always book in a one-on-one coaching consult with Kerry or Ali.
For runners who want structured, integrated training and real-world support, Connect delivers the goods at $24 per week (plus GST in NZ).
- Train by heart rate, paces, power or simply rate of perceived exertion.
- Automatically synchronise and upload your runs to track your progress.
- Automatically push your sessions to your Garmin or Coros watch to guide you through as you run.
- All within the final surge application available on your PC/laptop or via the app.

*Typically athletes contact us via email once every 3-6 weeks for a check-in, Your program normally has a scheduled touch point roughly every five weeks – but we are always available if you need us in a pinch. We are your coaches after all and we care about supporting your running and racing needs.
