4-week of programme and coaching support for the OXFAM Trailwalker Whakatāne.
Your programme includes race-specific training that will have you and your team in the best possible shape.
Your coaches will construct a priority based plan that you and your friends complete week to week with paces and training intensities appropriate to your level of fitness.
Your coaches will give you all the intel’ on how to execute on race day with tips on nutrition, hydration, foot-care, pole use and much much more!
After the 4-week trial is up you can choose to continue your programme for $20/w (+GST).
